Our suburban location is ideal for pets, with lots of parks to play at, plenty of nearby pet shops, and local vet services. Bring your pets to visit us and ask our leasing agent about life at Alexander Station Apartment Homes with your furry friend. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Pet Weight Limit: 75 lbs per pet (full grown size) Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certifed Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 • Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet per month

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE • Visit our property’s website: morganproperties.com/alexanderstation • Click “Check Availability” • Select your desired apartment home; be sure to review the move-in date, lease term, and rental rate, then click “Apply” • Create an account to complete the application and follow the prompts through completion • You will be required to verify your identification and income. Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $50 per applicant • Security Deposit: minimum one month’s rent, up to two months’ rent • Security Deposit alternative, Jetty. Pay as little as $5 a month. Inquire for more information. • Reservation Fee: $100 one-time fee • Amenities Fee: $75 per month
