Pet Weight Limit: 40 lbs per pet (full grown size) Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certifed Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 • Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet per month

FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $25 per applicant • Security Deposit: minimum one month’s rent, up to two months’ rent • Amenities Fee: $80 per month • Reservation Fee: $100 one-time fee
