We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Weight restrictions: 75 lbs Pet interviews will be conducted before move in and documentation from a Certifed Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non Refundable One Time Pet Fee: $300 • Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. • Application Fee: $25 per applicant • Amenities Fee: $70 per month • Reservation Fee: $100, due at approval and applied to your frst month’s rent at move-in. • Security Deposit: One month’s rent, subject to applicant screening. • Security Deposit Alternative: Available with Jetty, pay as little as $5 per month.
