Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $25 per applicant • Amenity Fee: $50 due at move-in • Reservation Fee: $100 one-time fee • Security Deposit: One Month’s Rent subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty
