We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certified Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-refundable Pet Fee: $250 for one, $350 for two • Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. COSTS TO RESERVE YOUR HOME • Application Fee: $50 per applicant • Amenity Fee: $80 per month • Security Deposit: One Month’s Rent subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty. • Administrative Fee: $299 one-time fee

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Parking Free open parking Reserved parking - $25 per month Detached Garage parking - $90 per month Renter’s Insurance Prior to move in, residents are required to obtain proof of a renter’s liability insurance policy in the amount not less than $100,000 per occurrence.
