PET-FRIENDLY STUDENT LIVING It wouldn’t be home without your furry friend by your side. The Marylander Apartment Homes invites your cat or dog to make the move with you to your new home. We know they’ll love the location and spacious floor plans as much as you do. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Certified Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. Non-refundable Pet Fee: $250 per pet Monthly Pet Rent: $30 per pet Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a
