Union Square Apartments welcomes pets, and there are plenty of nearby parks and pet care options, as well as the on-site dog park to ensure you and your pet are living your best lives, daily. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certified Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-refundable Pet Fee: $250 per pet • Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Parking Free open parking All homes have a driveway or parking garage which is included with rent Renter’s Insurance Prior to move in, residents are required to obtain proof of a renter’s liability insurance policy in the amount not less than $100,000 per occurrence.
