Briarwood Apartments & Townhomes invites your cat or dog to make the move with you to State College, Pennsylvania. We know they’ll love the location and spacious floor plans as much as you do. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certified Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. Non-refundable Pet Fee: $200 per cat; $200 per dog under 35 lbs; $300 per dog over 36 lbs; Monthly Pet Rent: $15 per cat; $25 per dog

COSTS TO RESERVE YOUR HOME • Application Fee: $35 per applicant • Security Deposit: $200 or up to one month’s rent, subject to applicant screening • Reservation Fee: $200 one-time fee per applicant

RENTER’S INSURANCE Prior to move in, residents are required to obtain and provide proof of a policy of personal liability insurance, which provides at least $100,000 of liability insurance, per occurrence, to third parties, including us, and that the insurance policy will name us and our designated third party, Assurant, as the interested party.
