Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $60 per applicant • Security Deposit: equivalent one month’s rent • Security Deposit Alternative: Available with Jetty, pay as little as $5 per month.
