Bring your pets to visit us and ask our leasing agent about life at Charlesmont Apartment Homes with your furry friend. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Pet Weight Limit: 25 lbs per pet (full grown size) Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certifed Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250 • Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet per month

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration.
