Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certifed Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets • Monthly Pet Rent: $75 per pet
