Bring your pets to visit us and ask our leasing agent about life at General Greene Village Apartment Homes with your furry friend. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Pet Weight Limit: 100 lbs per pet (full grown size) Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a Certifed Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required. • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 • Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet per month

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $70 per applicant • Reservation Fee: $225 one-time fee • Security Deposit: One Month’s Rent subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Resident Parking Resident Parking: $40 a month Garage Parking: $80 a month Renter’s Insurance Prior to move in, residents are required to obtain and provide proof of a policy of personal liability insurance, which provides at least $100,000 of liability insurance, per occurrence, to third parties, including us, and that the insurance policy will name us and our designated third party, Assurant, as the interested party.
