CONVENIENT PET SERVICES When it’s time for the essentials, Coraopolis has some of the best veterinary clinics and hospitals, groomers, dog parks, and pet-friendly patios around. Curious about what life is like here with your canine and feline friends? Get in touch with our leasing team today. We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $60 per applicant • Amenity Fee: $75 per month • Administrative Fee: $299, due at approval. • Security Deposit: $250 or up to One Month’s Rent subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty.
