Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $50 per applicant • Amenity Fee: $55 per month • Reservation Fee: $100, due at approval and applied to your frst month’s rent at move-in. • Security Deposit: $500 subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty.
