Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $11.50 per applicant • Amenities Fee: $15 per month • Reservation Deposit: $500, due at approval and applied to your frst month’s rent at move-in. • Security Deposit: One month’s rent, subject to applicant screening. • Security Deposit Alternative: Available with Jetty, pay as little as $5 per month.
