Pet weight limit: 40lbs Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof. Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $40 per applicant • Administrative Fee: $299 one-time fee at move in • Amenity Fee: $85 per month • Reservation fee: $100, due at approval and applied to your first month’s rent at move-in • Security Deposit: Starting at $250 subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty.
