Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration. FEES & DEPOSITS • Application Fee: $35 per applicant • Amenity Fee: $150 at move in • Reservation Fee: $250, due at approval and applied to your frst month’s rent at move-in. • Security Deposit: One Month’s Rent subject to applicant screening, or Security Deposit Alternative available through Jetty.
